BC, a dynamic and growing suburb of the Provincial
capital of Victoria, BC. The property consists of

to the local community The shopping centre is anchored
by the Western Foods grocery store, and is complemented
by other local service and retail providers.
The property
was acquired in 2005 for $8,075,000, on behalf of
Churchill III Real Estate Limited Partnership, Public
Offering. Located in the centre of the business district
of Langford, the property has definite re-development
potential. A new drive-thru free standing Starbucks
was constructed on the site to add value and institutional
appeal.
The City of Langford and the mayor has
encouraged Churchill to design a new town centre of
300,000 sq ft on the site. As a vision for the future,
the new town centre would include a new city library
and a number one trolly stop.
