Churchill OLSC Limited Partnership owns a partial-interest (45%) in Churchill – Property Development Group Limited Partnership. This offering required a minimum investment of $150,000 and was available to Accredited Investors only. Churchill OLSC Limited Partnership is fully subscribed.
