Churchill’s private-placement offerings are an opportunity for a relatively small number of select investors to pool their capital and acquire real estate assets with attractive, risk-adjusted returns. Available to Accredited Investors only, these funds often have a long-term investment horizon (7 – 10 years), are illiquid and typically require a minimum $25,000 investment.
