Penticton Power Centre is a retail shopping centre located at Main Street and Warren Avenue East, Penticton, BC. The centre is situated on 14.75 acres of land and is comprised of individual one-storey buildings. Major tenants include Zellers, Staples Business Depot, Petcetera, Sleep Country Canada and TD Canada Trust.

The centre was purchased in December 2004 for $18,650,000. Churchill II Real Estate Limited Partnership entered into a co-ownership agreement to own a 78.8% undivided interest. After acquisition, a new 10 year lease was negotiated with Winners for a pad site and a store of 26,200 square feet. The combined leasable floor area of the centre is approximately 202,294 sq. ft. after the new addition of Winners and is now institutional quality. Purchased on behalf of Churchill II Real Estate Limited Partnership, Public Offering.

The Centre was sold for $29,750,000 to Calloway REIT.
